I bought my duet set about a year and a half ago. In the third week of operation, one of the agitator blades on the side of the washer drum broke off! I'm not rough on things. In fact, I was putting in less than the recommended capacity of laundry. The automated repair line for Whirlpool was awful. It was going to take something like 3 weeks for someone to come out. So, three weeks after spending $1,000 on a washer, I had to drag all my laundry to the laundromat! Frustrated, I called Lowes, where I purchase the LEMON and they kindly took it away and replaced it with a new one. ...review »
