I have been a State Farm user for years.  But the minute you have an accident, your good neighbor, State Farm, is not there for you.  I pay my monthly bill and that is my end of the bargain but they do not keep up their end because they don't fix your car.  I've have paid my bill every month on time and I had an accident about six weeks ago and the man who caused the accident left the scene so I am having to fix my car myself...forget the fact that it wasn't my fault.  And instead of being treated like a victim, my own insurance company is treating me like a criminal.  This is only one of...
