    I have owned my Bunn coffee maker for 17 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had a leaky seal a few years ago, I called the 1-800 number, gave them my model number and 3 days later I had a new seal in the mail---FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! You can't get a better cup of coffee from any other machine out there (I know - I've tried) or a company that backs their products the way they do!!!!!
