Last year I ordered flowers for my mother while she was in the hospital recovering from surgery through a competitor of 1-800-Flowers. It was a terrible experience! They accidentally put the wrong delivery date and she never received her flowers. I had to spend about 3 hours on the phone before I could get a refund. This time I decided to try 1-800-Flowers because I remembered a friend having a good experience with them. It was a very smart decision.
