I have tried several OTC medicines and a couple of prescribed medicines over the last several years. Nothing worked for all my symptoms all the time. If you suffer from allergies regularly you'll understand how overjoyed I was to find something that worked consistently. I first tried Zyrtec as a sample from my primary care physician. I was amazed at 2 things: that it worked every time, and that I could feel the relief within minutes. Yes, minutes! And having to take only one pill a day is so convenient and saves money.

And now that they are sold over the counter, I don't have to deal with the hassle of getting a prescription. What a blessing it was to hear that I can buy them off the shelves!

If you've tried other medications and are frustrated with the money you've spent, give Zyrtec a try. There are no guarantees that it will work for you, but if it does, you'll really appreciate the relief that it will give you.
