The original was great, but the generic seems less effective

an alergy sufferer, into trying new things

    the best I've tried, good relief of symptoms

Cons
    not 100% effective, doesn't completely clear my sinuses

  The actual real brand Zyrtec isgood, the generic didn't  seem to work as well, but now it's not covered by health plans because it's available OTC. I haveto take cingulair along with zyrtec for full relief, by it'self I get 1/2 relief.

I am experiencing the same response. The brand name was effective, as the generic goes only 25% of its efficacy.
