Why, oh why, is it so hard to get my password?

I get requests to complete surveys from Zoom Panel fairly often. They are interesting and promise points and rewards for completing them. No problem at all sending requests for surveys to my email address or sending me an email after I've finished the survey telling me to go to their site to review my account and my points.

EXCEPT once I get there I cannot log-in. I've misplaced my password. No problem, it seems. Just click on the link, give them my email address, and they'll send it to me.

EXCEPT they don't send it. I've tried over and over to get my password emailed to me. No luck.

I emailed support and they sent back the same information -- go to log-in page and ask to have password emailed to you. Doesn't work!

When I let the support folks know that I've tried over and over -- probably close to 15 times now -- to get the password the way they are telling me, I just get a repeat support message with the same old useless support information.

Why don't I just give up? I guess I'm cranky enough and annoyed enough to keep on trying to get whatever rewards are out there for my points.

I have stopped completing any Zoom surveys. It's pretty useless to waste my time when my rewards are stuck out there in cyberland swirling around with my lost password.
