Most HelpfulThis is a fabulous bread machine for experienced bakers and novices alike. Very easy to use and versatile, too. It claims to even make cake, jelly, and meat loaf, but I have not tried those yet.
This machine bakes a nice loaf of bread with a good crust. I had another bread machine for about...

Most HelpfulAfter lots of research I thought the Zojirushi BBCC-X20 was going to be great..... Well... it is and it isn't! The horizontal loaf is a nice change from my old Hitachi's vertical one, but the BAKING SUCKS! Every loaf so far (even those from the Zo cookbook) has been over-baked on the bottom...

read full review »This machine was recommended to me on a Celiac Disease Support Site. It is great for making gluten free bread. Gluten free dough is stickier than the usual and harder to mix, but the Zo does a great job and most people on the Delphi Forum Celiac Disease Site uses one. I got a great deal from ComfortHome.com. I paid $175 and it included shipping.
I received the Zojirushi Bread Machine for Christmas from my mom in 2006. I had used a west bend bread maker for about 7 years previously, but the little belt finally wore out on the bottom, so into the trash it went. I am a serious bread maker, so after doing online research the Zo seemed the way to go. I mostly use it for making dough, be it bread or pizza crust. At first I made the entire loaf in the machine, but even though it boasts that it makes a normal looking and shaped loaf, to me the crust was still too tough, even using the low setting. I like to make all the bread we use,...
read full review »I perform serious investigations before purchasing electronics or appliances and was led repeatedly to the Zojirushi BBCC-X20. I wanted a bread machine because my family loves bread but I wouldn't buy it for health reasons. I discovered that I could get organic grains of any type but don't have much time to make bread in the traditional way. I found that Bed Bath & Beyond could order the machine for me, as they didn't have it stocked in the store. It does everything but wash the dishes and I hope it lasts a long time, because I plan to use it much.
I grew up with home made bread, this machine makes bread that at least looks like a loaf of bread. The instructions for use are pretty intutive and easy to figure out.
