Zojirushi Bread Machine - Home Bakery Supreme BBCC-X20 Review

This is a fabulous bread machine for experienced bakers and novices alike.  Very easy to use and versatile, too.  It claims to even make cake, jelly, and meat loaf, but I have not tried those yet. 

This machine bakes a nice loaf of bread with a good crust.  I had another bread machine for about 15 years, which was also a great machine.  The older one did not do a good job on the crust though, probably because the pan was a tall square one, so I had to shape it into a loaf and bake it in the oven.  This machine has an oblong pan, and you can select the darkness of crust you want.

This machine is very quiet also.  If there are any drawbacks to it, I haven't found them yet!
