Zojirushi Bread Machine BB-HAC10 Review

I decided to buy a used bread machine after a failed attempt at making a loaf of bread by hand. I purchased a Zojirushi after reading it's excellent reviews. I am thoroughly impressed!

I would consider myself an amateur in the kitchen. My husband and I make our meals most days. Yes, I agree the bread machine takes careful following of the instructions, but I was able to produce a perfect loaf of bread on my very first try. I've had one failed loaf of bread with the machine, but I attribute that to poor following of the instructions. Also, the loafs need to be eaten within a day or two unless they are well-preserved. They tend to become dry and crumbly if left out for too long.

So it will take practice and careful following of the instructions, but once you've got it down you can get all the ingredients in the machine in 5 minutes - and then it does everything else automatically. I am very pleased.
