When I started to read all the ingredients in store-bought bread, I realized there were ingredients that I simply didn't want (for example, lots of high-fructose corn syrup) in all but the most expensive brands. I wanted a loaf that looked like a loaf, too. I plunked down the $200+ and have not regretted it. I have gone through more than 75 pounds of flour while making pizza dough, pretzels, rolls and all our sandwich bread. YUM!

My kids love it too. It is so filling that we have one slice with breakfast instead of two.
