This is a fabulous bread machine for experienced bakers and novices alike.  Very easy to use and versatile, too.  It claims to even make cake, jelly, and meat loaf, but I have not tried those yet.  — This machine bakes a nice loaf of bread with a good crust.  I had another bread machine for about 15 years, which was also a great machine.  The older one did not do a good job on the crust though, probably because the pan was a tall square one, so I had to shape it into a loaf and bake it in the oven.  This machine has an oblong pan, and you can… read full review »

I have an older version of this model, but I would buy another in a heartbeat. It mixes great and turns out spectacular dough. I tend to bake my dough in the regular oven, to avoid the bread machine shape, but I have never had a bad batch through any fault of the machine.
