This bread machine retails for about three times what other generally well-regarded bread machines go for, and I had to be talked into buying it. I'm now really glad I did, since it genuinely does seem to make better bread and dough than the competition. My biggest praise goes to the dough cycle, which kneads ingredients into delicate perfection. Both my pizza crusts and my naan bread turn out chewier and less tough than they did with my old bread machine, and the bread cycle turns out a nice horizontal loaf.

This bread machine is easy to use and makes wonderful bread. I was worried that the bread would all come out the same (i.e., like store-bought), but I an very happy with the variety of bread types I can make (from crusty bread--they call it French, though it is not traditionally French to the "home-made" varieties I can make with my own recipes.) I have had very few problems, and I love having homemade bread almost daily. My husband was a bit put off by the price, but now that he has benefited from the results, he doesn't complain any more! I have not tried the cake, jam, or meat loaf cycles, but I am curious to see how those might turn out. Stability While in Use No problems. it does what it needs to do. Performance Most times (9 out of 10 or more), it creates a delicious loaf. Ease of Use You just put the ingredients in according to the directions in the manual and turn it on. Durability I've owned it less than a year, but I use it almost every other day, and have had no problems with it.
