Man, I was surprised when I tried this product through a mail order website.  I don't care to that sort of thing but I am glad that I did for this product.  It is a small travel tube that you pour into water or your favorite drink (if you are willing to create a new flavor!), shake and enjoy the benefits of this jolt of caffeine and the other suppliments and vitamins that are packed into it.  Being an avid cyclist, I am always looking for ways to keep me awake on long overnight rides and this is it!!  To make matters even better, this stuff comes in four AMAZING flavors that I absolutely  love and cannot choose between!  I guess I would have to say that the Pom/Mango is my favorite but I can't be positive.  All of them are awesome.   If you are going to try any type of energy suppliiment, I would highly recommend this product.  It's really great and packs that punch that you need to get you going.   Sandy
