A multi- symptom relief product is good when you don't want to keep track of several different medicines at the same time. It is useful for relieving a multitude of cold and flu symptoms and can take the place of several different medications. Zicam Multi- Symptom Cold Flu Relief Liquid is easy enough to take. There is no large pill to try to get down the throat- all you do is measure a small amount of liquid and drink. In a short time, you can feel some of your cold or flu symptoms start to subside. Congestion and headache fade and the sinuses dry up in no time, ending the runny nose and saving your supply of tissues for another day. Zicam Multi- Symptom Cold Flu Relief Liquid works well and it does help control cold and flu symptoms as promised. Among the few things I do not like about this medicine are its small bottle size and lack of long- term relief. There are only eight ounces of medicine in a standard size bottle and since the relief is good for only four hours and requires two tablespoons (which happens to be one ounce) per dose, there is only enough in the bottle for eight separate treatments. Another quality I must point out is the bad taste. Zicam recommends mixing it with the beverage of your choice in order to minimize the nasty flavor, but it is still difficult to stomach even when added to a beverage. **Bottom- Line Viewpoint:** Zicam Multi- Symptom Cold Flu Relief Liquid is a good product for common cold and flu symptoms and it goes to work quickly. The bad taste and small number of doses per bottle are a concern, but if you can get past these problems you will find that this is a good product overall. When on vacation with my family, we got hit with a flu bug which was pretty frustrating. Because we did not have our usual stash of cold/flu medicine available, we had to hit the local drug stores to buy a few different brands to test out to see if we could find something to work quickly so we could enjoy the time we had in our rented cottage. This is going to be a very hard product to review, as one of us had good results with it and the other had nothing good from it at all. I am reviewing this from the perspective of my daughter that it worked well for, but for me, I had no results at all in the positive direction. My take is that it will work for some people and not others, so be aware of that if you purchase. Congestion Relief Worked nicely for congestion for my daughter ,but for me, it did absolutely nothing. I ended up not taking it after two days because it was useless, but my daughter was up and running in a day and a half after taking it. Chest Congestion Relief Very good for my daughter, but for me, it did nothing. I found that it was not quite as good as NyQuil is for my daughter, but it did not leave her groggy and she was able to get up and get going again pretty quickly. Relief of Aches & Pains For my daughter, it helped quite a bit to ease the achy feelings but for me, it did nothing at all. I found no relief from this product. Cough Suppression My daughter had a mild cough and this did seem to ease it up somewhat, but it was not remarkable in that department. For me I had a little cough, but it really did not do much at all for that either.

Zicam really works!  I never thought I'd try a product endorsed on Talk Radio, but I was feeling bad enough to try anything.  Zicam worked to alleviate my sore throat pain very quickly and without making me sleepy.  No bad aftertaste, either.
