This stuff is the nastiest tasting medicine I've ever tried, but I buy it all the time.  It works better than any other medicine I've ever used for cough, including prescription medicines.  It is amazing how well it works.  I am kept up every night by a chronic cough, but with two sprays of this, I sleep through the night.  It is awesome, if you can get past the taste...
