When you use Zicam you should be certain NOT to get it into the nasal cavity, just in the lower portion of your nose. Again, just read the instructions.
Everyone in our family uses it, we all have our own bottles that we stash in our purses, brief cases or in our desk drawer. We also keep a stash in out workplaces.
It is expensive for just a little bottle, but oh so worth it to save you from a cold. The popularity of it has made it easier to find.
