Despite having a constantly sick coworker and two kids who are in daycare, I'm healthy. Every time I've felt like I have a cold, I use it as directed for 24 hours and wait and see.
Well, it's been nearly 5 months now and I've had nothing. Not even a cold. I'm blown away.

THE PROMISE
Zicam swabs seriously shorten the duration of a cold, and seem to keep it from getting worse.
THE PRICE YOU PAY
The price you pay is having to swab the inside of your nose. Think that's gross? Just suck it up and get going on Zicam swabs. You will love me in two days. Plus, they are readily available in any pharmacy, and pretty cheap, especially compared to the agony of a head cold.
THE PAY OFF
You are going to feel better fast. Period!

This is by far the best thing I've used to help fight a cold. A friend suggested these to me after she tried them... I of course was skeptical, since I am a creature of habit and use the same old things. At the first sign of my next cold, I purchased some of these and used them religiously the first two days as directed (I confess I don't always do this). My cold never really turned into a cold and I was feeling mostly well again by the 3rd day. I continued to use the swabs for 4 days and was my "normal" self before the week was over. I have used Zicam Gel Swabs and Nasal Spray since they first appeared on the market. They both worked excellent and I never have had any side effects. It's too bad that they have removed the nasal forms because of a few people that did not use the product in the way it was mean't to be used. How could you get burning unless you really shoved it up in your nose? Which is not the correct way to use it.
I tried the other forms of Zicam....chew tabs and melt away lozenges were both chalky tasting. The mint spray wasn't very good either. But this stuff works! Rather than suffer with colds I will put...

AMAZING!
I had heard about Zicam from several different people, but was skeptical. But when my husband got sick I decided to try it out. He took it at the first sign of a sore throat, and was feeling better in hours!
Then, it was time to try it for myself. I woke up one morning (about 3am) with a sore throat. NEVER good news with me. A sore throat usually means Ill be sick for 3 days. I remembered the Zicam, took some, went back to bed and woke up feeling amazing! No signs of a cold whatsoever!
I tell everyone I know..and even some I dont! :)
