When I started roofing I was only 15 it was before laws dictated that you had to be 18 to work construction. We did alot of Hot Tar Roofing since it was the best roof system and many housing projects were flat roofs because we had no snow to build up on them. It can be mixed with water and cut to 50 percent to soak real dirty work clothes and all. over mixing will take away the power of it. So if cleaning just wipe or for bad grease or grime spray or heavily cover and let soak a few minutes then wipe and wipe after with a wet cloth and there will be no oily residue. This product I recommend to anyone wanting to clean good and make sanitary. A lovely citrus smell will be left in the air.
