Most HelpfulI'm really shocked at the comments (and disappointed). I've used Zeno happily for quite some time and it really does work. My pimples disappear within a day. I have several friends and family members that use Zeno happily too. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I have seen suspicious patterns...

Most HelpfulWhat is Zeno?
Zeno is a dermatologist-recommended, battery-powered medical device that is used to treat individual pimples with heat therapy. It is supposed to eliminate or significantly reduce the duration of pimples for those with mild to moderate inflammatory acne. That totally describes my complexion...
My husband's big business dinner with the wives was approaching rapidly, and I was desperate. The Zeno completely got rid of the "volcano" that was about to erupt on my face! I am forever grateful because it was just a mere spec on my face the next morning. For once in my life, the "volcano" did not erupt and leave a scarring trail. I was so pleased that I told all the wives about it at the dinner. They were amazed too. I just wish Zeno had been around when I was a teenager! Better late than never I say! Zeno feels good on the skin (almost like a spa treatment). It is the...

An enormous pimple showed up right before a series of meetings, and I was desperate. The Zeno worked fast, easily, and with no visible side effects. For once in my life, the enormous pimple subsided quickly and quietly. There was visble difference within 24 hours as they claimed, and the pimple was entirely gone within 2 days - that's pretty much unheard of for me. I'm sold.
I am going through the worst case of adult acne and pimples ever!
During a certain time of the month, I get this huge pimples and I saw this product in Sephora. The sales girl swore by it and even though it was really pricey, I thought it was worth a shot.
It takes a couple of zaps for it to work but it seems to make the pimple go away faster. It does leave some serious marks on the face, so only use it at night right before bed.
Cons: pricey and only works on big pimples that are underneath the skin.
i have to echo david jang's review. the zeno really does work very well and very fast, about a day. it does take some time to learn though. it is not like other acne products on the market. yes, please remember to wash your face every day too. zeno is not a facial cleanser, but an effective spot treatment for pimples. this is truly a first class product, but you have to follow the directions and wash your face daily. to learn how to use the zeno for what works best for you, give it about a month. at that point, you can still return it if necessary. i bought mine at walgreens,...
read full review »It does what it says just follow the directions. my zits would clear up after a couple days. until i got pregnant and started getting these monster zits that were to much even for zeno:-(
but otherwise a great product!
I was so excited when I first read about this device is some fashion rag. I don't break out often (usually just around that time of the month a little), but it drives me crazy when I do.
I bought this as soon as it was available and sat intently in front of the mirror obsessing over my skin and I feel like it just irritated my pimple more than anything. I never once saw one go away overnight while using this thing. I felt stupid just sitting there on the sink, staring in the mirror, holding this hot object to my face and my boyfriend would laugh at me and tell me my skin was beautiful and...
read full review »I have owned a zeno, and I am still unsure as to whether or not it works. It is possible that that is because, I don't have serious acne. I have a skin type where I usually only get the occasional pimple, but occasionally I'll have a few right next to each other or one that lasts and lasts, so I figured if this could help make these pimples go away faster...that it would be worth it. The problem is...it didn't make them go away faster. In fact I'm not even sure it did anything other than just make my skin hot and uncomfortable. I mean the concept for this thing sounded legitimate, because, as some...
