i work with people's skin. and i know this product works pretty well.
I want to say that this product doesn't work if people use Zeno without washing their face and don't wash their face after.
I know it's a very basic concept but i met a lot peopel who don't do that.
I wish company has another educational video about washing their face before and after.

Good point! Don't forget daily face washing too. Zeno definitely won't do that for you.
