I am a busy professional who travels alot, Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix is the best. It is the perfect serving size for a family, couple or a single person. It is quick and easy to make and the clean up is a synch.The ingredients are added perfectly. I have added sausage and shrimp and it has come out wonderfully. All my friends and family love it. Its also low in sodium.
