Great taste, great spice, and easy and fast to prepare.

This jambalaya mix is wonderfully flavorful, just the right level of spice, and quick and easy to prepare.  You also have the option to vary the meats, poultry, and seafood added, or mix multiple flavors.  I prefer Emeril's Sausage, but shrimp or chicken taste great, too.  If you like a hotter taste, you can add your favorite hot sauce, chilies or chili powder.
