Zatarain's New Orleans Style Jambalaya Mix — 

I love Zatarain's because it is a quick and inexpensive meal that my family loves.  All I have to do is add chicken, shrimp or sausage.  My husband and I enjoy spicy foods and this has the right amount of spices.  It probably isn't exactly what an authentic jambalaya dish tastes like, but I'm sure it's a close second.  Their other dishes are great, also.
