Since I'm from New Orleans originally, I look for Zatarain's in my local stores here in Texas.  I like to prepare this as a side dish, or make it the main dish wiith lots of extra meat. The jumbalaya mix is a good starter, but I like to add my own seasoning and meats for a variation.  Enjoy with vegetables and a side salad!
