Recently discovered Zappos and recently converted after having ordered most of my son's shoes from Nordstrom. What a great concept and the free shipping (both ways) makes life much easier. I ordered a pair of Van's canvas slipons, which by the way, are way too cute, and after reading the reviews on Zappo's website, many people said they ran on the large side. Indeed they were, so it was so easy to get a free shipping label to return them and they simply sent me a new pair in a smaller size the next day and they arrived within two days. Love it! And, I could not find the same pair of shoes from Nordstrom.com. Great selection, same prices and no shipping fees. What a great way to shop. If you know your size and what you want, why bother leaving your house.
