Weatherproof Garments- Men's Coat- I looked in quite a few places for this brand of coat my husband wanted. I finally did a comparison search on MSN and it came up with three stores that carried it, Zappos.com was the least expensive, with no shipping charges or tax. I thought I would check them out. I have WOT (web of trust) on my browser, they were rated very good. They had the exact coat he wanted, in the size, color etc. They shipped it overnight (2 days) by the time it accutally got here from the time of order, no charge. They kept me informed, free return label enclosed, the best price, and excellent customer service. I had a question about points being added to the account I ordered through. I cannot say enough good things about Zappos.com even though I have only ordered from them once. I will go back.
