Great shoe prices and you don't have to waste gas

an online shopper, appreciative of good customer service, a lover of innovative online stores, the owner of dozens of pairs of shoes, Brand loyal, not fond of returning things I've bought

I love Zappos and I love Ugg boots, shoes and pocketbooks. When they first were hot it was hard to find around here. I got them at Zappos at a decent price and the shipping was free and it was delivered really fast. I have not ever returned anything but they say returns are free also. I love the fact that they have reviews on the site on how the shoes fit and people are really good about writing detailed reviews on what size they are and how the shoes fit in detail. Now Uggs are a little bit easier to come by but still Zappos still has a larger variety then any shoe store in the area. The prices can be high but not as high as some of the trendy shoe stores you have to buy Uggs at. I love Zappos and will continue to shop there. Also, they price match with any other online store and have great deals at the end of the season.
