I love Zappos.com. I have problems with my feet, so I am constantly searching for shoes. Zappos free returns has allowed me to try dozens of shoes risk free. Also, they credit returns very quickly - other places often take weeks, but their credit take just days after receiving the product. Their prices are a bit high on things, so I will often try something from Zappos, then return it and buy it somewhere cheaper (like Ebay). Overall, though, Zappos has been a lifesaver for me and problem feet!
