Zappos.com Review

The Verdict:  Zappos rocks!  Zappos has made online shopping quick and returns easy. 

My experience:  A friend of mine who is a shoe hound was always talking about Zappos so when I was looking for a pair of Rocket Dog Fuzzy clogs and could not find them locally I turned to Zappos.  The experience was absolutely awesome!

When I'm out shopping I don't have a problem finding pairs of shoes that I don't need at all.  But I don't like to shop so if I'm looking for specific shoes I dread going from store to store trying to find them.  So when I was looking for the Rocket Dogs I was dreading driving and calling around trying to find my size in black.  I tried for a few hours but then gave up and went to Zappos.  When looking for specific shoes the next time, I will turn to Zappos first.

I easily found the clogs I was looking for by searching on Rocket Dog Fuzzy and they popped right up.  There were about several pictures of the clog from all different views.  Front, both sides, back, bottom top, as well as the pair together in one picture.  The images are very clear and what I really love is that the pictures are displayed for each color. So if the shoe comes in 3 different colors, you see all the pictures I mentioned for all three colors. 

The description section is very helpful in that it describes the shoe in more detail but there are also customer comments which have been compiled into percentages to indicate if customers believe the shoe is true to size, true to width, any arch support, etc.

I ordered the Fuzzies and was amazed when they arrived on my doorstep around noon the next day.  Less than 24 hours!  Shipping was absolutely free and I read on my shipping label that if I had a problem with them or they didn't fit well that I could call Zappos and they would send out a return label for free return shipping.  That's absolutely amazing!  Part of the reason I don't shop online for items I'm not completely sure of is that I dread the return shipping fees and process but with Zappos they pay coming and going.  So if those Fuzzies didn't fit right I could have sent them back free of charge and got a different size.  I think that is amazing and takes online shopping and customer satisfaction to a whole new level.
