Zappos can have an order in a buyer's hands in less than 24 hours.  That's all I need to know to be a committed customer.  However, I have never had any problems returning anything that didn't fit the way it should.  I have talked to their staff on several occasions and found them to be very professional, helpful and happy to be of service.  Their customer service should be an example for all businesses!
