Zantac 75 Tablet Relief of Heartburn Reviews

When I was born, I had problems with my esophagus that required me to stay in the hospital longer than normal. Eventually the problem disappeared just by me growing up and my esophagus maturing. To this day however, I still get heartburn and on occasion, acid reflux.

Let's face it, none of the two are pleasant. For those of us that get them, we want them gone right when, or right before they appear. There are many products out there with empty promises, Zantac is not one of them.

 After trying a bunch of acid blockers with no luck, I opted for Zantac. Sure, it was expensive but I needed relief....

The other day I had run out of the Prilosec that I usually take for heartburn.  I had some Zantac, so took one of those each night at bedtime.  They really do not work near as good as the Prilosec.  The heart burn was so bad and I took one of the Zantac and then chewed on tums until I could fall asleep.  The next day I found a coupon for Previcid that has now come out with an over the counter pill, so I sent my husband to the store to get some for me and use the coupon.  He only got a small container of them, as they have just been put on the market and wasn't sure if they would be as good...

Zantac worked for me! I have only gotten heartburn once in my life, thank god, and it was due to eating a very delicious buffalo spiced chicken and garlic sandwich about 4 minutes before I went to sleep. Since i had never had heartburn before, and didn't even know what it was really, I didn't think twice about eating this lovely sandwich and then laying down horizontally and going to sleep.

So when I woke up at 3 in the morning with weird pains in my chest and esophogus, I thought I was dying. Dying. I was living with my aunt at the time and thought i would have to wake her up and tell her to take...

I found out I was pregnant for the first time because out of the blue I started getting heartburn every night, where I had only had it maybe once or twice before in my life.  At the start of my pregnancy, the chewable calcium tabs were enough but by month 3 I was in PAIN every night.  My doctor suggested Zantac and I am so glad she did!  I took Zantac for the rest of my pregnancy and very rarely had problems that the little pill couldn't take care of.

 Now that I'm not pregnant anymore, I still occassionally get heartburn (pregnancy has forever changed me!) and always take my Zantac!

This product quickly works great for the occasional heartburn, gastroesophageal acid reflux and the nausea that comes along with it that I experience. It works so much better than the calcium based products. To be honest, I mostly take the generic store brand which works just as well for about half the price.
