It is a great pc.I'm a novice and I set it up myself right out of the box. Ease of Use excellent,walk through directions all the way. Hardware Quality The best! Support & Service I have contacted service a couple of times to ask questions,very polite and caring. Durability Tough made in USA Design sleek and steamlined.
