I've finally found a shoe that's cushiony and springy enough for me. I don't know what kind of foot "condition" I have as I do not have health care, but for years I've had foot problems. I couldn't stand for more than a minute without discomfort. I would buy shoes two sizes too small so I could wear two pairs of drugstore insoles turned upside down so they'd be comfortable enough for me. This didn't work - the insoles would slip around in my shoes, invariably cut unevenly and not cushiony enough ANYway, even with two. My sister purchased her first pair of these shoes after treatment of a heal spur. She was really excited as the treatment had left her almost unable to walk and her shoes gave her back the mobility she had lost. On a trip to Texas to join up with her we found a store and decided to see what they had to offer. The folks there were very knowledgeable about their products and after trying on a pair and then spending time being fitted I left with my first pair of shoes. I bought the zcoil shoe hoping to stop some of my back pain.  After wearing the shoes and getting them adjusted 5 times they still do not fit and my pain is worse then ever.  I am not happy with them at all plus no return policy!!!

Just purchased my first pair of Z coil shoes & although I was skeptical....I really needed to do something quick since I'm only in my late 30's w/severe knee arthritis & lower back pain.  I work as a RN in a fast pace endoscopy center, so my body takes a lot of abuse, but I swear that although I've only worn these shoes less than a week, I really don't feel all run down by the end of the day, with achy feet, knees & back.  Best thing I did for myself, although they are pricey...they are soo worth it!!!  I do wish these springs or coils would be hidden somewhat, but I'm not a teenager anymore...

I have had my Z-Coil shoes for >5 years now.  They are the best shoe around for comfort and longevity.  Definitely help out with foot and back pain.  As far as price, they are expensive but some insurances will pay for them if your Doc writes you a script for them.
