Yves Rocher USA Review

I use to really like Yves Rocher but lately the quality of the products as gone down hill . It seems thy are skimping on ingredients .I use to love there body lotions but the last time I bought my favorite I could barley smell it .its like they watered it down or something ,it actually smelled Old or satale  .

 Also big point, I put in a order one day, and a few hours later I discovered I used a credit card that I did not want to use. I called to cancel the order and was told ,On line orders can not be canceled .

I said ,But I just ordered it a few hours ago. The very French operator said sorry just turn it down at the door when it arrives . I told her that the package is usually just dropped off by the post office and I rarely know  when something is there unless I look . she said Oh well than just send it back.

Maybe Im to picky but if you place an order and it has not yet been shipped and its till in processing you should be able to cancel it so as to save everyone time but no ,not so, at yevs rocher
