to espensive to not work, Can't cancel a on line order, Lack of desired results

I ordered from them one time. The order didn't show up for quite some time so I tried to contact them. When I finally got a reply, they said "some" of the items were out of stock, and the whole order wouldn't ship until they were. Needless to say, what I had ordered was very late coming in and I had order it as gifts. When it finally arrived, it was poor quality for the money. I'll never shop with them again.
