You Tube Review

Oh yeah. You Tube. Anyone who can figure out how to make a video and can figure out how to upload it can be a star.

My boys turned me on to this site. They thought I just had to see Numa Numa. Well, I about laughed until I cried.

I was hooked!

Tonight I got it in my head that I wanted to find the new Jeep commerical song. With only "don't feel much like singing" to go on, I did figure out that it was an early 70s song (like when I was a pre-teen) and that Jonathan Edwards sang the original. I found it on You Tube, and I've been playing it all evening. Not much of a video. Just the record spinning, but I can hear the whole song - at least.

One of my all time favorites is the telemarketer punk. Oh man. If you've ever had one call and annoy the heck out of you, you will be rolling out of your chair. This is CLASSIC!

If you want to find out what Miss South Carolina really did say (duh) in the Teen USA contest or if you want to catch all the President Bush bloopers, then you'll find them all at You Tube. If it happened and if someone had a video camera, then OOPS . . . there you go.

Your best bet is to find a teen and ask them to hook you up with the good You Tube clips. Trust me. They know. My boys and their friends have turned me on to some really great ones.

Some of them are a bit wild though, so keep that in mind. If you want to sample one that is more R rated but not over the top, then here's a really funny one:
