Yoplait Y+Plus Yogurt with Optibalance — 

Yoplait Y+ Yogurt always goes in my lunch bag at work.  I have the choice of several flavors.  Vanilla is my favorite.  It if light and creamy andI sometimes add granola to it and cantaloupe.  I use coupons when I purchase my supply and always keep plenty on hand. It is low in calories and sodium.
