There is a rule of thumb when it comes to food that what tastes good is seldom good for you. I am extremely fortunate enough to have recently found two products that violate this rule: Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Nut Granola Bars (see review) and now Yoplait Whips!. I tried two flavors (chocolate mousse and dulce de leche), and I absolutely loved both of them. They're relatively inexpensive, too. They cost $0.54 each at Super 1 Foods.

Overall, it's a great tasting product with the consistency of mousse (both flavors, not just the chocolate mousse). It's also not bad for you, like many great tasting snacks are. Give it a try; I think you'll like it.
I want to add that I also tried Yoplait Original (key lime pie), and I found it to be just as good as the whips, so give that one a try, too.
