Most HelpfulI saw the advertisement for Fiber One yogurt on the last box of Fiber One cereal I bought. I was instantly intrigued. I am always looking for ways to include more fiber in my diet.
The yogurt tastes great, creamy, smooth and not too sweet. The portion is small at only 4 ounces, but does make a nice...

Most HelpfulMy daughter loves yogurt. She eats it every day. I was worried about the sugar and high fructose corn syrup in many yogurts and made a rookie mistake - I bought instead of some other yogurts I know -- Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt not reading the label or box and being fooled by yogurt and fiber.

I'll be honest, when I bought it I wasn't that thrilled to try it, thinking it wouldn't taste that good. Boy was I wrong! Seriously, this was some of the best yogurt I've ever had. I chose to try the strawberry flavor. It was creamy and had pieces of real strawberries in it. The best part of all - it's only 50 calories, has 5 grams of fiber, and 0 grams of fat!
This product has also been approved by Hungry Girl, calling it a Zero Guilt snack!
I will definitely be buying more Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt...

Fiber One is available in a variety of flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie. I really wanted to try the Peach (my favorite), but the grocer was out of it so I picked up the Strawberry. I have to say that this is probably one of the best "diet" yogurts that I have tasted. It did...
This is really good yogurt. It has a nice consistancy and flavor. I like it because I feel like I can get my fiber and my daily all in one serving. I will tell you that by eating this you will probably suffer from extreme gas issues. I am not being funny just being honest.
Yoplait Frozen Fruit & Yogurt Smoothies it's good. Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana and Strawberry Mango Pineapple. $3.29 per 6-ounce bag yields two 8-ounce servings.
You'll find Yoplait fruit smoothies in the supermarket freezer, not the dairy department. To prepare them, pour a cup of skim milk and the bag of frozen fruit and yogurt pieces into a blender and then process until smooth. This is a very simple way to get a full serving of fruit, with its vitamin C, and is also a good source of calcium from the added skim milk. One serving provides about 110 calories, 1 gram of fat and 9 to 11 grams...
