I saw the advertisement for Fiber One yogurt on the last box of Fiber One cereal I bought.  I was instantly intrigued.  I am always looking for ways to include more fiber in my diet.

The yogurt tastes great, creamy, smooth and not too sweet.  The portion is small at only 4 ounces, but does make a nice...

Now, I've just started a diet (again) and one of my goals is to add more fiber. With only 50 calories, 0g fat and 5g of fiber per cup, this definitely fit the bill. I'm not a fan of aspartame because of the after taste, but I was willing to try it, since it was "aspartame and other sweeteners".

Fiber...

The taste is good but why did you ruin it with Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup?

I was recently given the opportunity to try out NEW Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt by My Blog Spark. I'll be honest, when I bought it I wasn't that thrilled to try it, thinking it wouldn't taste that good. Boy was I wrong! Seriously, this was some of the best yogurt I've ever had. I chose to try the strawberry flavor. It was creamy and had pieces of real strawberries in it. The best part of all - it's only 50 calories, has 5 grams of fiber, and 0 grams of fat!

This product has also been approved by Hungry Girl, calling it a Zero Guilt snack!

I will definitely be buying more Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt...

I saw the ad for this yogurt about a month ago and was immediately smitten.

I had tried other "healthy" yogurts, but has so far been disappointed. Some left out taste as well as fat!

When I bought this yogurt, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture is smooth (much preferred by moi)...I don't like bits of fruit really in my yogurts.

The taste is terrific and its just enough to take the edge off my hunger. Highly recommended.

Some would think yogurt is just yogurt.  But Fiber One yogurt tastes great and has 20 percent of your daily fiber.  Plus is fat free and only has 80 calories.  It is also surprisingly yummy!  It is very creamy and sweet and rich.  The only downfall is it is a smaller serving size then typical yogurt.  All in all very good!

This is really good yogurt. It has a nice consistancy and flavor. I like it because I feel like I can get my fiber and my daily all in one serving. I will tell you that by eating this you will probably suffer from extreme gas issues. I am not being funny just being honest.

Yoplait Frozen Fruit & Yogurt Smoothies it's good. Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana and Strawberry Mango Pineapple. $3.29 per 6-ounce bag yields two 8-ounce servings.

You'll find Yoplait fruit smoothies in the supermarket freezer, not the dairy department. To prepare them, pour a cup of skim milk and the bag of frozen fruit and yogurt pieces into a blender and then process until smooth. This is a very simple way to get a full serving of fruit, with its vitamin C, and is also a good source of calcium from the added skim milk. One serving provides about 110 calories, 1 gram of fat and 9 to 11 grams...
