To call the Yonannas ice cream maker a ice cream maker isn't technically the truth. It makes a mean desert, but it's not quite ice cream. That being said, I absolutely love my Yonannas machine. I love that everything it makes is made from fruit. It's great for sneaking even more fruit into the kiddies diets. And don't be alarmed that this frozen treat isn't going to taste right, because it does. It's almost better than ice cream. So as with any machine that makes yogurt, ice cream or the like, the ability to clean it effectively and quickly is always a big deal. I was a little iffy about how easy this would Be to clean, but after using it the first time I was pleased with how little time that it took to get it cleaned and ready to be put away. This machine had made it possible for me to be able to let my little one have a nice "sweet" treat and still know exactly what is in it. I would definately recommend it.

I bought the yonanas ice cream maker for my son who wants badly to be able to eat ice cream, but can't due to stomach issues. My other kids love to eat ice cream and he would always be sad that he couldn't eat what they were eating. My sons doctor actually told me about the yonanas ice cream maker and suggested I give it a try and also have my other kids try it too. I bought one and the kids absolutely love it! I have lots of kitchen appliances and this is one of the most used in my house. The kids love to make different creations, and I think they just like the fact that they made it themselves rather than bought ice cream from the store. The frozen fruit we put in, comes out delicious and creamy. The texture is great and it's actually very flavorful. I think this is a great alternative to regular dairy ice cream for kids, and people who don't consume dairy. We don't buy any ice cream anymore, and my kids want to make their own now. I'm very happy with it because they are eating a much healthier alternative to the sweetened frozen goods from the store.

I purchased this Yonanas Banana Ice Cream Maker a few years ago and I still have it and it is still working just like it did when I first purchased it. This is a really great product. First of all it is very easy to use and make frozen ice cream snacks. I use it with bananas, strawberries, blueberries or a mixture of two different fruits and they all turn out yummy. My children love this product as well because they like making their own concoctions and seeing the outcome/finished product. I can say that one of the only negatives is that is kind of difficult to clean and does require a little elbow work when cleaning it. The price is not too expensive so it is affordable for most people. I also love having this available when I have dinner guest as the always like this for dessert. The durability is very good it has withstood a few years with me and still works very well. It is very easy to use so anyone should be able to do it. I certainly recommend this product to all. Performance It performs very well and always makes great desserts. Ease of Use Very easy to use. Ease of Cleaning A little hard to clean.

Overall this ice cream maker is top notch, we actually already have another ice cream maker and we'd heard such great things about yonanas we had to get it, has really been worth while. Performance Excellent performance, churns very smoothly, the blending process is quite seamless. It performs exceptionally well compared to other similar machines when it comes to certain kinds of fruit being added, especially with banana's. Durability Very durable, we've have it for almost a year now and no visible signs of wear or breaks in the structure. Ease of Use Works very easily, quite adaptable to several different kinds of ingredients added. The layout is so that everything runs really ell without a fuss, greatly accessible. Ease of Cleaning Cleans quick and easy with no problems. Rinses off great in the sink or dishwashers with equal simplicity. Capacity Holds a good amount of frozen deliciousness for its size. Quite roomy in there. Design A very pleasing design, really compliments our kitchen.

This machine is very loud. It makes great fruit ice cream. It's also very easy for kids to use too. It lasted for about a month before the plastic seal wore out. I used it several times a day on a daily basis. The company quickly sent a replacement part out at no cost to me. Plus they sent a food shoot replacement too. Once the items arrived I quickly switched out the parts and the machine was up and running again. Then winter arrived and I stored the unit away. I was not in the mood for any fruit ice cream. So when it came time to use the machine it would not work. I tried over and over again. It just would not power on. I did not call the company to ask for a replacement. My main reason for not reporting the non working machine was that it was way too loud anyway. Although wearing my headphones helped a little. Besides I did not want to wear headphones while preparing food. Second was the messy cleanup that was involved. So much of the product was left in the machine. You would have to scoop it out. It was fun while it lasted.

I love my ice cream maker. I was sold when I first saw the picture and I am still happy and in love with it on my counter. No one can ever tell what it is, but everyone always wants to know. I love showing off what it is and how well it works. Performance This product has worked great for me so far. I love being able to make what I wasn't to eat, and being able to make my own ice cream makes me feel less guilty afterwards. I know what is in my food and I am happy eating it. Durability So far it has worked great I haven't had any technical problems although it is a bit of a challenge at times to clean which could affect the durability later on. Ease of Use This is very easy to use, but doesn't make too much at one time. Ease of Cleaning This is a bit tricky to clean. You simply can not just throw the whole thing in the dishwasher and there are turn you have to get into to clean. I like to boil hot water and pour it through. Capacity It makes a good amount of ice cream but not an immense amount at a time. Design I love how this looks.

This is a great machine that helps with a sweet tooth! I remember seeing commercials for this product and I wondered if it would really work as well as it said that it would. It does work and makes some delicious treats. I really like the texture of the fruit desserts that come out. I am a big fan of organic products and foods. It was nice that I could have the option to make my dessert an organic one. I also like that you can turn these desserts into popsicles. Kids love eating these treats. They also get the vitamins and nutrients that they need. It's a great alternative to ice cream. My kids like both about the same. I like that you can come up with your own combination of fruits as well to put in it. I still have different recipes that I am waiting to try. It is a great machine! Performance This works pretty well. It's easy and fun to use. Cleaning the machine isn't too bad either. Durability So far it has held up. I have read a lot of reviews and most people feel the same way. There are a few that had problems, but not many. Ease of Use This is very easy to use. I'd been eyeing this nifty machine for quite a while when I found it on sale -and I jumped at the opportunity. Anything that can turn overripe bananas (which none of my family members eat) into an ice-creamy frozen delight had to be worth something. The Yonanas Deluxe Pack comes with everything you need to use it- storage-lid boxes, machines, and detachable part. The whole process was quite easy in my opinion; I've tried to use ice-cream machines before and came up with less than satisfactory results. The trick is to use bananas that are definitely overripe, but not so that it is discolored and watery. I froze it overnight, put it through the next day, and thought it tasted great! It's a great way to lose weight and the frozen treat was pleasantly sweet (the riper the banana, the sweeter the ice cream). What made me happier was that other fruits could be put through it as well! Extremely happy with my purchase, have been using it for 3 months without any breakage or problems, and the parts even go into a dishwasher! Efficient, easy to use, and perfect for a quick afternoon snack in the summer.

I received the Yonanas Banana Ice Cream Maker as a gift and never really thought I would use it, but once I tried it I was hooked. I'm not a huge fan of bananas, but this machine has made me purchase them every time I go do the grocery store. I just insert a frozen banana into the device and instantly it produces a treat that looks identical to yogurt or soft serve ice cream. I also mix other fruits that I don't care too much to eat and noticed that the banana flavor does a good job of masking them without being overpowering. The only thing about this device I don't like is the sound. The first time I turned on this machine it actually startled me. This device can be faintly be heard through the walls . It's not loud enough to cause a neighbor to complain, but I wouldn't use this machine at night. I would definitely recommend the Yonanas Banana Ice Cream Maker to anyone looking for another way to enjoy their favorite fruits.
