I have used this for about 8 years,& I love it. Particularly good for thwarting a would be cold,when used in conjunction with zinc & vitamin c supplements. Also good for when you've consumed too much of a good thing (i.e heavy food or drink) & need to wipe your tummy slate clean. A surprise benefit? Great for decongesting clogged pores! I cut open the teabags,boil & steep the contents,then steam my face after I've cleansed &exfoliated;I do this once a week with excellent results. GREAT stuff.
