It hurts so good!

Don't like the gym, Like to keep my mind calm
Pros

    It's relaxing, You do it barefoot, Helps your body get, Don't get sweaty, Strengthen and balance your body

Cons
    You have to leave the couch to do it, Falling in front of people

Ok, so going to the gym is on the same list as "shaving my head" and "trimming my dogs nails".  I'll do it if I have to... but I really don't want to.  So I have found something that gets me there, but keeps me far away from the sorostitutes and frat boys that hang out around the weights and treadmills.  It's called Yogalattes.  I also love just plain Pillates.  I started taking a class after work, and some saterdays and love it! 

During the class, you feel relaxed, limber and calm.  After the class my body ached so much I felt like I had been doing some hard core training.  My abs hurt so much, I couldn't even sneeze without moaning! 

I want to recomend this class to anyone who doesn't like breaking a sweat at the gym or running outside.  It keeps the body in shape and the mind relaxed to face the stressful times in your life.
