Ok, so going to the gym is on the same list as "shaving my head" and "trimming my dogs nails". I'll do it if I have to... but I really don't want to. So I have found something that gets me there, but keeps me far away from the sorostitutes and frat boys that hang out around the weights and treadmills. It's called Yogalattes. I also love just plain Pillates. I started taking a class after work, and some saterdays and love it!
During the class, you feel relaxed, limber and calm. After the class my body ached so much I felt like I had been doing some hard core training. My abs hurt so much, I couldn't even sneeze without moaning!
I want to recomend this class to anyone who doesn't like breaking a sweat at the gym or running outside. It keeps the body in shape and the mind relaxed to face the stressful times in your life.
