I absoulutely love this video.  II;ve been using it for about a year.  It has helped me with lower back pain, reduce stress and lose weight.  Suzanne Deason is an excellent instructor.  She speaks in a very calming voice.  She gives several modifications (fully modified, partially modified, slightly modified and full postures) for many of the poses so you can work at your own level and progress to the higher levels.  Suzanne gives an informatative narrative at the beginning of the video.  She starts with a few warm up exercises on the floor, including child's pose and cat/cow.  Then, she does some more warm up excercises standing up, including chair pose.  Next, she focuses on standing poses, with my favorite--wide legged-down dog.  The video ends with some floor poses, such as bridge pose, spinal twist and corpse pose.  The only thing I might be able to complain about is the lack of any balancing poses.  There are a few yoga props you will need to invest in if you choose to do this wonderful workout.  However, that cost is small when compared to the benefits of good health.  Think less doctor bills....
