Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss — 

I've been doing yoga for over 4 years thru a yoga class but I wanted something I could do at home.

I liked the idea of this DVD. Different levels for different stages of yoga. But the DVD cover is misleading. There are four levels each one is 45 minutes plus a 5 minute intro. So when the DVD says its a 4 hour long DVD, in reality there is only one- 45 minute workout done from 4 different angles which is focused on the person that you want to follow.

I went to the hardest level hit play, got on my yoga mat and set myself up for a sweat. It never happened. I kept waiting for the workout. She called the poses different names than what my yoga instructor gave and from the books I have.

She gave good direction and interesting information about the poses provided close-ups to make sure you were doing the poses correctly so I think this a great DVD for those starting yoga but I'm still looking for the DVD that will replace the yoga class at least once a week.
