What I love about the Yoga Ball — How can you not love something that can give you a total body workout for less than $20? You simply pump the ball and go for it! You can do stomach exercises, leg exercises, chest exercises, etc. I am no personal trainer, but I think it is probably best for abs and legs. The opportunities on the Yoga Ball are endless and you can switch out your workout all the time. The other nice thing about the yoga ball is that you dont have to go to a gym. So if you are self-motivated, you can have a small piece of fitness equipment in your house and still stay… read full review »

This ball is great for me because I have a bad knee (soccer), I can do all types of exercises on it, not just yoga, that get me great results without the bad pain!  It is good for people who are just getting started because there are a lot of simple exercises to do, and as you get more experienced, the more complex you can make your routine.  Besides that its easy to store in a closet and easy to inflate/deflate if you're going to have company over and need all the space you can… read full review »

Well for starters I have been using a ball for about four years, and I have always loved it until one of my dogs Pounced on it and his claw got stuck in it and popped it, Then I gave up exercising for  a while, Now im back ON track last week I went out and Bought a new ANTI-pop ball and i love it, i swear they were the best thing ever invented. I would tell everyone who wants more from their workout to try this, it is spectacular. — —… read full review »

This is a great idea for new students trying to better their flexability. Though , it may take time to find balance with the yoga ball, It is still a great way to build lean , longer muscles. I have recommened this ball to a few students here and there that were working on their back bends (bridges , wheels, ect..) . — Namaste, Lo —… read full review »

I have a balance ball that came as part of a "chair". It makes great extra seating when the kids aren't using it as a toy...   Actually is quite comfortable to sit on if you keep it properly inflated--great for my low back… read full review »

The exercise ball works great for doing sit-ups, because you have a greater range of motion. I could really feel my abdominal muscles working, especially around my rib cage. It also helps when lifting weights, by making you rely on additional muscle groups for balance as well as strength. I would recommend the exercise ball if you are looking to add stabilization to your workouts, as well as to try something new.… read full review »
