Yoga Balance and Exercise Ball — 

Yoga balance exercise ball has totally changed the way I excersice.  For years I did the same ol thing when exercising.  I have since learned that changing up ones exercise means that my body is somewhat shocked by the change,therefore I see more changes in my body, in a positive way.  These exercise balls can be used in a variety of ways.  I'm glad I made the purchase.
