Well for starters I have been using a ball for about four years, and I have always loved it until one of my dogs Pounced on it and his claw got stuck in it and popped it, Then I gave up exercising for  a while, Now im back ON track last week I went out and Bought a new ANTI-pop ball and i love it, i swear they were the best thing ever invented. I would tell everyone who wants more from their workout to try this, it is spectacular.
