Yoga Balance and Exercise Ball —

What I love about the Yoga Ball
How can you not love something that can give you a total body workout for less than $20? You simply pump the ball and go for it! You can do stomach exercises, leg exercises, chest exercises, etc. I am no personal trainer, but I think it is probably best for abs and legs. The opportunities on the Yoga Ball are endless and you can switch out your workout all the time. The other nice thing about the yoga ball is that you dont have to go to a gym. So if you are self-motivated, you can have a small piece of fitness equipment in your house and still stay in shape.

My warning...
You can do so much with the yoga ball-- including hurt yourself if you dont know what you are doing. So, before buying one, watch a video or meet with a trainer. Also, they come in different sizes. So, if you are short like me, make certain to read the box to know if it is tailored for your height.

These are great. I use this when my back is hurting and roll back and forth. Also when you're done with your workout you can sit back and kick your feet up on them.

If you have a set of dumbbells the ball can act like a bench. Lie on your back and do dumbbell press, flyes and more. I did push ups on one this morning. jo
